Its a garage. Useful for storing cars in, or gardening equipment, or even having a little workshop. Of course, in this game it is just a prop.

The LOD is the same as the prop itself, since I felt as it wouldn’t take a great toll on one’s computer.
Most recently updated to make the LOD texture be 256×256 in size. Hopefully the update doesn’t introduce an error I don’t know how to fix.
