Network Skins 2 can be used to apply any street light to any of your roads.
You can free-place these with the More Beautification mod.
Each prop is 200 to 500kb in size and has custom LODs and thumbnails.
UPDATE NOTICE:
If you’ve been subscribed to Modern Lighting Pack: Liberated! and resubscribe to these assets, existing lights in your cities will have to be replaced manually.
