This is a 3×4 shopping center retail store with a different design to add some variety to your shopping centers. It has included RICO settings of a Level 2 low density commercial building with 10 workplaces. It has no sign so you can customize your own store using your own props and signs or vanilla props and signs. The signs can be added in the asset editor or you can plop the building and add signs and logos in-game using prop anarchy, prop snapping, move-it.

Feel free to re-upload any building created in asset editor as long as credit is given and linked back to the original file and you are using different logos than the ones I’ve made and uploaded. I will upload other shopping center models and sizes without signs someday.
