UK Building Theme: Semi-detached #2 (Level 1-5)
This is a low residential UK semi-detached house theme.
This theme covers one type of low residential house based on my previously uploaded UK Semi-detached #5 L3 (3×3) v2 asset.
Please subscribe to all assets in UK Housing: Semi-detached #2 (Level 1 -5) Collection for this theme to work.
All the plot sizes are 3×3 including a 3×3 corner. I have restricted the plot depth to 3×3 for visual consistency and to allow each zoned area to develop in a similar way. I suggest that the smallest zone size should be a 6×6 square to allow for back-to-back spawning which looks more realistic. Each asset has versions from level 1 to 5 to allow the district to level up and still remain as one house type.
Each asset has an lod which includes specularity and illumination. Subscribe to all of the props in Macwelshman’s Asset Props’ collection for the gardens to work properly.
