Spitfire Island – Boreal
It’s been a long while since I made a new map, but with all the beautiful mods for altering terrain and some lovely new trees in the workshop, I was inspired.
This is a fictional boreal map with winding, intersecting rivers, a bit of coast, some hills and a lot of flat land. Three highway and three rail connections are included, as well as air and ship routes. There are about 160,000 trees already planted, including the two REQUIRED trees linked at the right by the incomparable MrMaison.
The starting tile has ample building space, highway and rail, and great waterflow with ideal spots for water and sewage pumps.
Not required but HIGHLY recommended if your system can handle it is the Tatra Mountains Terrain Theme by Enned. I designed this map specifically with that theme in use:
