—Description of the original Pumping Service—-
"The Pumping Service has a fleet of vacum trucks that are
sent out when there are flooded buildings in the city. The
trucks travel as close to the location as they can and upon
encountering water, fill their tanks with it. The collected
water is released into the sewer system at the Pumping
Service depot."
