This is a 2×4 Level 2 high residential based on Singapore HDB style building.
It is a 90° rotated version of my HDB 1, hence the name "HDB 1b" This 1b requires only 2 units from the road, so it can be "built" only requiring 2 units along the road. This also allows rows and rows of HDB buildings being "buit" along the road, similarly in singapore.
