Ploppable RICOが無い場合は、レベル1低密度商業として出現します。
ATMの看板以外のPropは含まれていませんので、好きなものを追加してください。

This is a japanese small post office that non-collection/non-delivery.
If you don’t use Ploppable RICO, this building will appear as L1 2×2 Low Commercial.
Props are not included without ATM Sign.

Same as vanilla L1 2×2 Low Commercial.

I don’t know well about parameter setting. You can change with RICO panel.
