The goal of this housing series is to make your tropical city look more… well, tropical! Lush tropical landscape gardening, soft landscape lighting, larger lots and more! These share a lot of the same trees and props as other items I have made, keeping your (and my!) total number of subscriptions lower.

You can just have them mixed in with your vanilla residences, or collect them as the come out and set up entire neighborhoods with all tropical gardening!
These are vanilla buildings, created by Colossal Order, so there’s no mystery as to whether your game will perform well or not. What’s different is the gardening and nighttime lighting.
