La Paz, Mexico
The terrain of La Paz, in the south of Baja California. All connections available except for railways, and a bit more lush and fertile than the real place, which is a city in the desert, essentially. Also, La Paz in reality seems to rely on city streets a lot to move traffic from one highway to another, which doesn’t work all that well in CSL. So I built some highway intersections where there aren’t any in reality. But don’t worry, you’re still bound to run into traffic trouble, unless you counduct a roadway reform 😉
