These public parking spaces are meant to provide a cheap and somewhat visually pleasing solution to your city’s parking needs. You’ll find four different kind of "general" lots and two "elite" lots to satisfy your citizens parking needs. They also do a good job of breaking up space between buildings too.

If you’re wondering what the point of "Elite" parking is for, it’s essentially to help fill in gaps for any high-end plazas and parks you may have. Also, because it’s made with fancy paving material, they couldn’t really building anything massive vs. the general lots.
