Perhaps it’s best that this vehicle has no lightbar. Due to the tendency for speeders to slow down the moment they see a cop, the CHP uses the slicktop as an ultimate deterrent. No need for a marked unit to respond too, since the slicktop carries the CHP marking as well.
Use Service Vehicle Selector or Service Vehicle Manager (my preferred utility) to set police/prison vehicles types for your stations/prisons.
Use Invisible Spawn Points to fine tune your spawning and create more realistic depots!
