This was released because of a promise I made in the discussion forum of
Realistic Population and Consumption Mod
I originally took from alien hybrid 1776 and modified for my own use.
The building is 8 x 6 tiles
Teaches 1500 children to the educated level.
Construction cost – 50,000
Upkeep cost – 640
Water usage – 800
Power usage – 2560
Garbage – 30
Employees – 15 uneducated, 15 educated, 75 well educated, 2 highly educated
It is pretty much a scaled vanilla version.
