New heavy industry opens up in the city, providing many jobs to citizens…
Okay, so it’s not really a refinery, but it sure looks like one. I mean, it doesn’t actually turn crude oil into many of the products we use everyday, but it does take oil products and make them into stuff we use everyday. It also is missing a lot of pipes like a true refinery, but it certainly has the giant cylinders for burning oils… Yet it lacks smokestacks to belch smoke. What the hell does this thing do?!
