UK Flats – Block #5
This asset has been made with many mods in mind as when you place it in game you will notice its not decorated. The following mods will enhance the look and feel when used creatively:

Service – Residential
Sub-service – High
Level – 2
Home – 40
Cost 25,000
UI-Category – reshigh

You can find this Building either under the level 2 Unique Building, or under high residential for the RICO mod. Also remember you can add this to any category you like with the RICO mod.
Well they don’t technically require them but they look better with them. I’ve added the props to the required items.

- 2048 Texture res (diffuse, Normal, Specular, Illumination)
- Custom LOD (157 tris)
