Then its time for some "me-time". Take your Sailboat out into the sea. Feel the fresh wind in your Hairs … be one with the the ocean .. and for that – this is your Asset!

The "Simtropis" is dedicated one of the best Communities for and from modders/citybuilders.
And this 16m sailboat is kind of a homage to all the work to keep that up.

This Assets is mid-heavy – so you can place a few of them 😉
