Make it Yourself Car Dealer

Retextured vanilla building to look like a higher-end dealership with dark grey accents and a Tesla vehicle inside (yes, I would have made it with the new glass modeling, but that’s far beyond my abilites. Still learning!)
– There are no custom props nor trees required – the only sign on it is the "Skylines" oval sign that replaces the original sign "Joe’s"
– All decoration already in place is vanilla, namely the nice lighting on the ground and vanilla hedges behind. ALl the decorated pictures with branded signs above are an example of what you can do.
– Suggested items you can add: fences, prop cars, plants, bright overhead street lamp
– If you don’t use mods, this is great for you – it has parking markers so that Cims park their cars in the layout of a dealership, as if their cars were for sale.

Adding prop cars? Be sure to delete the parking markers (blue lit parking space item inside asset editor), or else you will have Cim cars parking on top of your decorated props 😀

Just don’t republish the same exact blank do it yourself building. Republishing things that people just published is just weird and lame. Not sure why that’s now a thing, but it is.
