The patient capacity is lower than that of the standard medical clinic, but so is the construction and maintenance cost. The mineral waters help cure various skin problems, and I would try them for stress and burn-out too…
No custom assets or mods are required. The building is lit up at night, but After Dark DLC is not needed. I made it for the Europe theme, but it works with other map themes also.
