4×4 Parking Lot Lit Limited

Functions as a an actual parking lot but can be found in Parks.
It will not attract people or create fake usage.
NOTE: The use of TM:PE parking features is highly recommended to properly utilize all parking spaces. It is available here:

Has 2 required items. Due to the 64 prop limit (on asset) I had to drop the vertical signs that are featured in the rest of my parking assets as well as cut down on the number of available parking spaces to fit within it. Adding empty (non-functional) parking spaces didn’t feel right so I cut them out entirely. Fully featured version now available separately.
Not subscribing should not break the asset however it will lack some of the visuals.
IMPORANT: There will be a new version of this parking lot with full parking space capacity that will better fit in with the rest of my collection (now that I figured out how to make bigger parkings within the prop count limit). This parking lot will soon receive an update (only) in the form of changed asset name (in-game) to prevent a "duplicate asset" error once the "fixed" version comes out.

UPDATE 13/10/2017:
– Asset name has been updated to avoid "duplicate asset" error with the "fixed" version
– Entertainment accumulation stat lowered from 25 to 20 to match my Basic line of parking lots
