Your stores are getting a little more classy… Maybe you should have filler lots to match that.
These versions ditch the billboards and trashed dirt lots for some tidy plazas, patios with branded umbrellas (Coca-Cola, Guinness, Pepsi, and Henikien), and more trees. Because customer satisfaction increases when you have more trees around. Of course I’ve included some extra parking, but do we need more parking spaces? Shouldn’t the city do more to offer more parking for commercial areas? Or maybe you wished your citizens were car free and thus don’t see a need to have extra parking at all…
