Takeover from the original mod ControlBuildingLevelUp mod by DirtyDan 🙂

This mod use the same UI as the original. Click on the building levels bar to set the desired level of your building.

• This mod use the same UI as the original. Click on the building levels bar to set the desired level of your building.
• Contrary to the original mod, the new level (upgrade OR downgrade) is applied without delay to a building.
• The mod works the same as the original when controlling district-wide level.

I may work on the downgrade for complete disctricts. I could also restore the scaffolding effect when upgrading buildings. I wait for your feedback.
