Corner rowhouses with small commercial spaces for the locals and creating a seamless maze of rowhouses. Very Philly and very Victorian with a round baywindow at the corner. I couldn’t have 2 buildings at the corner due to 8m tile constraints and 4′ set back from the street line. The look is common but the width of the corner building is much wider than actual ones that you find in real life. Also I experimented with different curtains and blinds on windows and night illumination accordingly to achieve more realistic look and feel. Hope you like it!
NOTE – If you haven’t subscribed to any level 2 and level 3 low density commercial CORNER buidlings, it will never get upgraded and might cause a minor simulation issue.
