About the model
The eleventh entry building of my New England series, this building is located in one of the most beautiful cities of the United States: Providence, RI. Tell me what building you really want to see of Providence, RI and I might include it in the series.
This package consists of 2 buildings, a corner building and a 3×3 building that fit seamlessly together so you can make any shape you want. These 2 share textures, so if you use the loading screen mod it only should use half your RAM.

This model has about 3165/2101 tris and I managed to cramp it on a 2048×512 texture , with a diffuse, normal, illumination, colormap and specularmap.This model has a custom LoD, which is about 86/38 tris with a 384×128 texture, with a diffuse, specular, color and illumination map.
RICO
If you want this building added to your RICO buildings, add it in the settings menu, under growables. I recommend using the realistic population mod, this will calculate the amount of occupants in the building.
About the building
I couldn’t find much info on this building except that it now occupies the block where once the narrow Dorrance Hotel stood. The hotel was raised in 1920 and this building was completed in 1921.
