About the model
The thirteenth building of my New England series. The building is a stretched version of the DeWalt building I uploaded earlier, it has a flat roof. I´ve also added a large sign on the top of the building, make sure to grab the prop, This one shares textures with the DeWalt building.

This model has about 6829 tris and a 3072×512 texture , with a diffuse, normal, illumination, and specularmap.This model has a custom LoD, which is about 32 tris with a 512×128 texture, with a diffuse, specular and illumination map.
RICO
If you want this building added to your RICO buildings, add it in the settings menu, under growables. I recommend using the realistic population mod, this will calculate the amount of occupants in the building.
