Play School
Play School is a safe little school for your youngest citizens. It functions as an elementary school, but what I had in mind was a pre-school or a kindergarten. It is smaller and cheaper than the vanilla elementary school.
No custom props or mods are required. The building is lit up at night, but the After Dark DLC is not required.
I created it for the Europe theme, but it works with other map themes as well.
