Description:

Admin building for a modular high school set.
If you need an extra wing for your school, here it is. More coming soonish. Hoping to add a gym and performing arts centre in addition to the classroom wing. Maybe a dorm?

Asset info
Four buildings and sub buildings combined into one asset here. Footprint is 5×3 – you may need to enable road anarchy to place it. Sigh… It’s a sub building thing.

Main building: 2364 tris
Lod: 160 tris
Textures: 1024 and 128
Props and decoration: Lights and entry points.

Glass facade:
Main: 40 tris
LoD: 40 tris
Textures: 128 and 32
No props or decoration

Interior:
Main: 78 tris
Lod: 78 tris
Textures: 512 and 64
No props or decoration

School Name (the signage):
Tris: 956
Lod: 24 tris
Textures: 64 and 32
No props or decoration

Asset info
High School
Student capacity: 500
Cost: 12500
The rest of the stats are roughly half, maybe a bit less than the vanilla high school.

Screenshots were taken using Owl’s Cinematic LUT, some post processing, the Rhinestone Island theme (which is very good), Timewarp and aspects of the Relight mod.

Also, no DLCs or asset dependencies needed. But I’m going to suggest the Transparencies Lod Fix because I am using the rotors (semi-transparent) shader for part of the building.

About
I had said earlier that I was hoping to do more service buildings, so here’s the attempt. This is one part of a small set of buildings comprising a modular high school. In this asset are four sub buildings, which in the future may become obsolete if sub-mesh modding becomes a thing. Either way, lots of moving parts here. Rotor shader sub building, etc. Please let me know if things are borked here.

And, in case you’re wondering about the whole Blue Highway thing: It’s the name of a widely used typeface for higway signage throughout North America. The sign itself is in Futura for the tri count savings – but yeah, that’s why.

Enjoy!
