Description:

Welcome to New Haven. Both Haven City and Emersonville are separated by a large river, get these citizens better access to each other by providing public transportation and an efficent way to exchange goods. Grow your two cities and give them tourist and leisure areas to help increase their economies. Keep in mind; After 300 weeks, if your traffic flow falls below 65%, you will lose. Good Luck!

Goals: Transport 150K by Train, 175K by plane, 350K by ship. Build 2K Leisure and 3K Tourism specialization and get your population to at least 95K.

As with my other transportation scenarios there are a few disasters, though this has the least amount of any scenario I’ve created yet. I think it adds an extra challege and I prefer to combine the two DLCs in my scenarios. However, there are a few complicated triggers I’ve set that may cause more to occur during basic game-play. That said; This scenario will still play nicely for anyone who did not purchase the Disaster DLC, so it’s not a requirement.
