日本の都市部における地下電化には欠かせないアイテムです。

本来は、電線機能を地下の共同溝に置き換える施設のため、発電能力はありません。
日本の人口密集地に、発電所が多く建設されることがないので、小さい発電設備の機能を持たせることにより、都市から大型発電設備を撤去できるかもしれません。

資源を消費しない風力発電所をベースとしているため、風の地域の影響をうけます。政府の建設推奨値として置き換えてください。一度、適当な場所で建設してMove itで調整してください。日本では30ｍ間隔が基準です。
建設は援助が出ているため大変安いです。
