Why must you, a single adult, have to share the same floors with families and their noisy, bratty children? Unlike most other middle-class apartments, Macaw Terrace offers two small towers aimed at singles and couples without children. What’s nice is that you can finally read all those erotic fan-fictions without the sound of kids and pets screaming three doors down. The bad news is that the fire department will have an even harder time trying to get everyone saved in the building since it’s essentially like four structures in one.
