SoCal Low Residential Growable Pack
This is a set of eight different SoCal low residential models. They are made to be light weight rather than heavily detailed. All building share the same 512×512 texture, d,c,s,i.n and have custom lods with 64×64 textures.
The houses are low residential L3, sit on a 2×4 plot and comes with some slight color variations.

(The growable version don’t use ploppable grass)
You can of course skip those you don’t want, but it might make the result different. If you are not happy with the props and layout, feel free to customize them. Don’t upload them without my consent.

Do note that the screenshots use Springwood theme, daylight classic, relight and religt-film lut. They might look different in your setup.
