Hello there, hope you like my new asset! It’s an Simple Colonial Church for your old cities or historical locations, based on some small churches found in brazilian cities! 🙂
–MODEL STATS–
– Building with 726 tris and 1024×1024 maps.
– Custom LOD with 32 tris and 128×128 maps.
–GAME STATS–
– 2×4 tiles Primary School (lol), some stats i changed:
Cost: 2500
Maintenance Cost: 350
Education Accumulation: 30
Student Count: 90
– Looks better on flat terrain!
– I made the artistic decision of not using much props in this building, so that the player himself chooses how he wants the building to look around the lot.
