Description:

Set of flats for Yuttho’s excellent Astergea YouTube series.While they are inspired by an existing comtemorary project, they are meant to be sustainable futuristic mixed-use buildings. As such, they feature public terrasses/rooftop vegetable gardens.
Contains: regular flat, corner, ground floor, ground floor corner.

High-density RICO residential. Designed around Jerenable’s modular buildings system, the ground floor and top floors are separate and can be interchangeable with compatible parts. The Fine Road Anarchy mod is needed.
