Smallish office
A growable 4×3 office, Level 1.
Bit of a departure for me, but I think I’m happy with the result.
Asset stats
Main mesh: 1653 tris
Lod mesh: 46 tris
Textures: 1024 and 128. No colour variations.
Just the entry props and a heating unit and a pipe on the roof.
About
This building is based on the Maritime Electric office[www.google.ca] on Kent Street in Charlottetown.The building also houses local offices for the United Way and Heart and Stroke foundation. I thought it might be a unique enough building for anyone looking for some variation in their office districts.

This goes for anything I’ve previously uploaded. I just do this because I’m happy to make free video game stuff for people.
