The Larkin Building
This is a RICO office building.
"The Larkin Building was a 110-floor, 368.2 meters (1,208 ft) tall skyscraper that was proposed in 1926 and canceled in 1930 at 330 West 42nd Street in New York City, New York, United States. It was going to be made mainly of stone and steel, and used primarily as office space. The McGraw-Hill Building occupies the site now." quoted from WIkipedia.
I always had a soft spot for this weirdo. Looks quite unique compared to other skyscrapers from that or any era. 😀 First building I ever modeled over ten years ago.
Couldn’t figure out why props at the base on the front and back don’t show up. They are visible in asset editor while the props on the left and right sides of the building are not affected. Either way the logo props are not essential to download.
