Description:

This Quartz Skin is for users with Triple Screen set-ups who want all of the toolbars and menus to appear on their center monitor. This is basically the stock game graphics, but just moved onto the center monitor.

This skin is designed for Triple-Screen set-ups (3 monitors @ 1920, by 1080) with a resolution of 5760 x 1080.

NOTE: THIS MOD REQUIRES ‘QUARTZ- UI SKIN FRAMEWORK’ to function at all. You can find this also in the Steam Workshop, or click the link below.

EDITING THIS MOD:
You are welcome to use my code to make other resolutions of this mod. It’s just a matter of changing the X/Y position and Width/Height size of these two variables for most of the objects. I recommend making SMALL changes at first to see how far an object moves or changes size:
<relativePosition>1955.0, -620.0</relativePosition>
<size sticky="true">1850.0, 670.0</size>

One thing to note, is that sometimes(usually) the negative Y position moves the object ‘up’ on the screen the smaller(more negative) it gets. That is because the default starting location on the screen is at the bottom. So, you have to make Y more negative to move it up higher.

You should Google for instructions on how to create/edit Steam/Cities Skylines mods. But here’s a short version: The Quartz/Sapphire UI mod uses .xml files to design the UI. The trick is to find the .xml files, and then edit them in Notepad.

Your Subscribed Mods are here in some subfolders:
C:<YOUR STEAM FOLDER>steamappsworkshopcontent

You probably have a lot of mods in these folders. I have found the easiest way to find a mod is to Unsubscribe from the Mod. Then Subscribe again. Now look in those folders and soft by Date Modified. You should see the one you just Subscribed (and had Steam Download!) sorted to the top. That’s probably the folder. Now, you can edit the xml files in Notepad or I recommend Notepad++.

If you want to make a new resolution of this mod and upload it, you need to start a ‘New’ mod. So, copy the mod files from the above folder, into a folder you create in this Mods folder here. Give the folder a custom name for your mod:
C:Users<YOUR USERNAME>AppDataLocalColossal OrderCities_SkylinesAddonsMods

Then, edit the SapphireSkin.cs file and give your UI skin a different name. And you will see this new mod in your Cities Skylines mods list. You can edit the mod xml files and refresh the UI with Quartz menus. And quickly tweak this mod.

You can find Guides, FAQs, and More Detailed information on editing UI mods on the Quartz Mod’s Description section. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND at least giving that a quick look.

Hope this helps..
