It’s a map based off of Santa Cruz, CA!
I turned Fenton into a lake to feed the river, put in the dangerous highway 17, and half-♥♥♥♥♥ the beaches to the best of my ability. There are currently nearly 250k trees so I’d suggest unlimited trees mod if you’re going to be adding any more.
There is no need to download any other assets – everything is vanilla.
