Description:

Port Couver is a small area east of Vancouver, WA and Portland, OR. It’s not really called Port Couver, but it is now in fictionland, USA.

Plenty of fertile land and trees, ore, and a sprinkling of oil for all the industry fun!

4 highway connections, 1 shipping, 2 airline, and 4 railways. The only asset you’ll need to download is the Surface Rock Pack.

You will need Network Extensions 2 as well – if you’re having issues with the highways loading it’s because of that.
