Besplatno is a thriving, modern European city with a strong economy and rich history. It is an independent city state with its own government and laws. Besplatno is rapidly modernizing due to its scientific advancements and abundance of free space to expand upon.

This was originally just a city that I made to experiment the canals after they were added, but it turned into much more than that. Now, it is my favorite city that I have made since I bought this game over a year ago.
I wanted to create suburbs around the city, but because of building limits, the density of buildings there is very low. So if there is a lot of parks or empty space in a certain area of the city, blame the limits.
I have started this city 4 months ago in March and have spent 200+ hours building it.

Warning: due the amount of mods and assets, the city takes 10+ minutes to load and may look as if it has crashed at some points. The city is very laggy at first, but then smoothens out once you loads everything.
