Disclaimer: The city in the thumbnail is the one I’m making using this map. Look through all photos to see more of the map as in its "raw" form. The city is being made using "only" this map, its requirements, green cities dlc, mass transit dlc, and the mods mentioned in the description. The goal is to show the potential in it.

Hi mayors, welcome to Flat Oaks.

This map was designed for builders and those that want an easy/flat map.
There are a few required trees, a theme and the network extensions mod.
The lut used in the pictures was the vanilla European.

Using the 81 tiles mod is optional, but I do recommend it. Same for Extra Landscaping Tools.

I hope you have fun creating your city in this map.

2) If I had a good upload speed I would upload a video of a "making of" and a gameplay on this map. (my upload speed is 20kb/s)

3) The map was slightly based on the region of Naples – Florida.

4) No Mass Transit or Green Cities required.

5) 170,000 trees used, so you still have 80,000 to go.
