So you want crime free wealthy (because the area is free of crime) areas… this is what you have been waiting for… Private Security… Simply place at all entrances to the area and you are crime free without fitting the bill… because security is paid by the area protected…
Private Security is funded by the community they serve so you will have to dump a grand into the building etc., but the residents or businesses will foot the maintenance fees so no cost to your city.
Each station can call 10 Police cars and coverage is extended to cover most communities.
Some say I am creating cheats… I say I am introducing logic to an uncivilized game…
