Desert Island

This is a fun little exercise to build a tiny isolated city on a small island that only has access to it by sea and possibly air. So, no highways or rail from the outside.
This is a save game published by request and it was built using the Unlimited Money mod, so be prepared to use that too before you load it!
The only required asset is the Eco Friendly Sewage Plant.
I also used the Boat Museum unique building from the Mass Transit DLC and a few leisure pier type buildings from the After Dark DLC, but these are not required.
