Created with the ParkLife DLC in mind, Southside is a semi vanilla map with a diverse set of environments and points of interest that tourists and locals alike will enjoy. Redwood forests, large waterfalls, grassy plains, and caves in various locations bring adventure and exploration for you and your cims!Resources are also scattered throughout the map to ensure local industries can thrive!

• Mass Transit DLC required.
• No need for any Mods/LUTs!

• Large mountains for hiking trails.
• Waterfalls for sightseeing.
• Large Redwood forest.
• Flat lands for building.
• Beaches and ocean get-aways.
• Mysterious ruins and caves.
