UK Village – Primary School #1

This is one of a few UK village style buildings I’ve been creating recently. I have left the asset blank to give you more decorative freedom. The following mods are highly recommended to get the best out of this asset:

* Move It!
* Plop The Growables
* Find It
* Prop & Tree Anarchy
* Prop Precision

Service: Education
In Game Stats: This building has identical stats to the vanilla elementary school (apart from student count is 200 instead of 300)

Where is this found in game?

This building is found within the Education tab.

Do these assets require any props?

No, this is now up to you to decorate.

Model Info:

• 1,143 Polys
• 2,810 Tris
• 1024 x 1024 Texture res (diffuse, Normal, Specular, Illumination)
• Custom LOD (157 tris)
