Rebuild Challenge
This was once a big and beatiful city but tornados, floods and thunder storms destroyed it. Sadly the disaster response was also destroyed. The previous mayor had some money left for emergencys. I think this is one. Repair the disaster response unit and start rebuilding this once lovely city. But disasters only wait to strike at the right moment. So be carefull and protect your citizens.
