Medium Industrial Road w/ Parkin
This operates like a normal medium industrial road. However it slightly shuffles the lanes around, allowing parking on both sides of the road. This provides places for your citizens working in industry to park.
Costs are marginally higher then normal industrial medium roads.
This is a reupload and the old one was removed to try to fix the texture problem as the old would not update.
