Elektra Office Building [RICO]
Elektra Office Building represents the first purpose built modernist office building in Zagreb. Today owned by HEP, the Croatian national power company (hence the name Elektra), the building was originally the Administrative building of the Municipal Communal Services. It was designed by the renowned Croatian architect Juraj Denzler and built in the 1930s. The building is famous for its harmonious design, its facade clad in white stone, as well as for the use of modern techniques in its construction.
