Upper Powell Theme

This theme is tuned for 3 mods and a LUT. The colors in the base theme are very close to my raw video card output, so if you want it to look exactly like the map screenshots, you will also use:

The LUT: Base 32 Color Correction

Clouds and Fog Toggler (all features enabled), Daylight Classic (basic features enabled except LUTs and classic sun position, advanced features classic fog, although if you have After Dark. the water will be much more pleasing without it) and Sun Shafts.
