Description:
Block Services – Metro Station by Naylin

All of the buildings in my "Block Services" Collection (Click here)
are intended for builders who like to plop cities rather than zone them.
Sometimes, a builder may not want to show either a vanilla asset or haven’t found
one that they like for a certain thing. That’s where these come in! Plop the appropriate
one down and use Move-It to cover it up.

Please be aware that assets that require a road connection will spawn the appropriate
vehicle (fire truck, police car, hearse…) at the place where you plopped the service (although I
haven’t tested that 😉
from the face of the block that the arrow points to. If you use Move-It to move
the block somewhere else the vehicle will still spawn from that face and not from it’s original location.

Block Services – Metro Station :

  • Just like the vanilla Metro Station
  • Requires a road connection to place
  • Same workers as vanilla Metro Station
  • Costs nothing to place
  • Costs NO upkeep
  • Causes NO Pollution
  • Uses NO water
  • Uses NO Electricity
  • Produces NO garbage

IMPORTANT NOTES:

(Please read!)

  • If you raise this asset into the air, the block itself won’t create a base nor raise the land. HOWEVER the tube underneath WILL raise the land. If someone knows how to fix this OR how to move the tube further underground so it can be raised further without raising the land, help would be much appreciated.
  • If you place this under a zoned building (using MoveIt!, anarchy, or some other method,) there IS A CHANCE that the building will despawn. It may not happen right away but for some reason, this block removes the zoning from the square it rests on. Again, if anyone has any info on how to fix this, I would appreciate the help.
  • In some cases, I would recommend using an invisible road to connect this to. One such as this: Invisible 1 Lane Zoneable + Sidewalk by nico_oas works well!
  • This block creates more "ruined" area than other blocks. Just need to keep this in mind if you’re trying to place it in a spot where this will be visible and unwanted. Of course you can always use decals to cover it up!
