Description:

(DISCLAIMER: This map is NOT for beginners or people with low-performance computers! There are over a million trees on this map. This map was made for people who enjoy detailing and have high-performance computers (doesn’t mean vanilla players can’t use this map!). A recommended 16-32GB of RAM is needed for the amount of trees. I can and may release a vanilla-friendlier version with fewer trees if the demand is high. For vanilla players: Unless you have infinite money, this map will be super challenging in terms of water and sewage. With infinite money, I recommend buying a few extra tiles on the main river or bay for sewage.)

Welcome! My latest map is based on the central east coast of the U.S., specifically the Appalachian Mountains and the Virginia/Delaware coasts. The farmland is influenced by both east coast and west coast farms.
I was inspired by a map called Shenandoah Valley https://steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=1826903387&searchtext=) by BE4R_JOE. I loved the farmland, valleys, and forests, but felt that the map was too challenging. Because of that, I added a lot of flatter, easily buildable land. However, I got carried away with tree placement and I can’t convince myself to tone it down any more than I already have.

Features:

Lots of buildable land

Lots of water sources

Great setting between coast and Appalachians

All 4 transportation types

A S***load of trees

(Notes:
You may need to use TM:PE to adjust some interchanges on the map and reroute the lanes correctly.
I recommend 81 tiles for this map, as there is an extended amount of playable area outside the 25 tile boundaries.
I also made a custom map theme based on SCT- Homecoming for this map, for use in Theme Mixer 2. You can use the standard SCT_Homecoming theme if you would rather. TM:PE, 81 Tiles Mod, and SCT_Homecoming are all optional. The rest of the rquired items are necessary.)

Please leave a rating and comment. Criticism is welcome & let me know if there are missing assets or things that can be improved.

PS: I forgot to add a merging lane to a couple of the interchanges. I’ve been working on this map for three weeks, I was bound to forget a couple things 😉 (If you want to fix it yourself, change the two lane highway to three lanes, starting from where the ramp merges onto the highway. Upgrade 2-3 segments then go back to two lanes.)
