Decided to see if I could adapt the existing ski chair lift assets into a working cable car system, and it worked for the most part, though it’s not perfect. Unfortunately, there’s no way to prevent passengers from riding down from the summit.

Don’t forget to also grab the Chair Lift vehicle.
The Ski Lift Cables need some finessing with Move It!, lowering the pillars down on each node so they line up with the cables. (Select Buildings only with Move It! to lower the pillar and not the node). Had to be done this way to match the width of the pillar to the cables.
The main terminal and terminus start out with sunken ground (it was the only way to get the platform nodes lowered to the correct spot), but since they don’t flatten terrain you can raise the building up to ground level after plopping or terraform around it. Placeable on ground or roadside, but requires a road connection. Electricity is needed, but there’s no garbage, sewage, water, or workers so that it doesn’t need to be connected to an outside road network for any services. Use any road of your choosing but I recommend the invisible ski trails from the linked ski resort pack.
The cables line up well with the main terminal, but in order to match the width of the cables to the return bullwheel, the building isn’t long enough for the station segment length and there’s a small gap between it and the cables.
